Move order - Telkom ADSL line

Im so so furious !!! I have been waiting since 28 October for my line to be moved from PTA to Witbank, and today the want to cancel my order and reopen a new order, then I need to wait another 3 weeks before my line gets installed!!!!

This is unacceptable, I cant work from home for 3 weeks now and now I need to wait another 3 weeks, Im at this stage that I want to cancel my telkom that Im using for longer than 3years!!!

And now Im holding on for 47min to speak to a supervisor and still holding .................

Not happy!!!!!
