MOVE OF LINE NO RESPONSE-APP**** 6 weeks ago.

I've app**** to move my line 6 weeks ago. Telkom constantly off line. Technician was promised. Confirmation SMS was promised but nothing as usual.
Please can a competent person assist !!! ********** 001
