Move lines to Openserve Staging(Holding) Pool

I've really tried every route now. Called Telkom, after hours of waiting, finally got a answer and was instructed to send my request via email , then got a automated reply back from them stating their e-mail box is full.<br> <br> We in the process of migrating our two adsl lines to axxess, but are unable to do so because of the lack of service from telkom.<br> <br> Will you please assist and release the two lines to the <br> Openserve Staging(Holding) Pool .<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Regards,<br> Johann
