Move fixed lines/communication

I hate using platforms like these in order to get a response, but sometimes it feels like it is the only way to get a response.<br> I have requested my fixed lines to be moved. Even though I understand it may take some time to get it moved, I am at a lost at where we are in the process.<br> No feedback/response at when I can expect the move to be done.<br> I have been without my lines for more than 2 weeks now.<br> It is frustrating.<br>
