Move Adsl Line To Holding Pool

<p>Good day guy's! I dont know how to put this as i am confused why something so simple is made so difficult.I have sent Telkom alot of email's asking politley to MOVE MY ADSL LINE INTO THE WHOLSALE HOLDING POOL so that Afrihost can take over my line.I understand that sometimes its more complicated than it sounds but why does it take 19 work day's are you hoping people wil give up on the long wait and instead take a internet pakage from telkom.Please can you guys help me out on this one........Please</p>
