Most useless Telkom engagement ever!!! Stay away from them!!!

I was offered an upgrade on my existing fibre network on the 14th of December. Then I called five times to understand the progress on my upgrade just to be told that they cannot upgrade me since all the ports on their network in my area is full!!!!!

Telkom is clearly the worst network service provider in South Africa!!! I spent 4 hours over the 5 calls (time that I will never get back) with one *********** person to the next. Telkom - you will never see me again - and for everyone out there - Seriously consider if you ever want to work with these complete *********** people ever !!!!!!
