Most useless telecommunication company in SA. My niece's mobile phone number keeps on getting swopped with a different male, I have personally called him, and he couldn't understand why whatsapp keep on sending him the registration code, since he already has whatsapp. He told me he has been phoning Telkom consistently and they just keep on putting him on hold. For a company who advertises "the best and most reliable, cheapest services", they are the the purest example of a complete and utter *********** organisation. I wouldn't even recommend Telkom SA to my worst enemy and if there was a star rating going into negative, I would personally have used the most negative star rating there would be. This is outrageous and extremely unacceptable.
