Most useless service ever

Telkom is the kost useless place to ever try get data from.I have been on hold for 40 kin with no luck or any person to help.I have had my contract now for almost a year and half and just **** from day 1.Have had so many fault logs and then just a week later they send me a sms fault resoved but never seen a telkom guy.I want to cancel but they keep telling me im gona pay for remainder of contract but if it was my fault fine hut no i pay full price for half the service or should i say no service.
