Most useless entity, empty promises and passing the buck...

A faulty telephone line was reported on 22/03/2018 under account number ********** 00486 with reference number 113CTZ290318 . Ever since, on a daily basis, I am making calls to the call centre and social media page to enquire about the progress of the repair to the line. Each and every time an empty promise is made, all to no avail.

The lack of service delivery by Telkom is shocking and causing damage to myself iro wasted costs etc.

To top it all, we are continuing to pay the monthly costs on this account, for no service!

Telkom needs to make repairs to this line ASAP!!!!
