Most useless company ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I cancelled my line with Telkom to move house on the 2nd of February 2016. since then my account has remained active and I have been passed around from consultant to consultant and it took 3 months if not longer to get a dispute logged. my account is still open and i am recieving messages of being handed over and threats of non payment from a firm named Bl;ake to pay thi bill etc etc etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>still no one can get back to me about the retention of my line and my account is growing in arrears and this is affecting my credit score!</p> <p> </p> <p>What can I do because this company is ****** useless and doesnt give one iota to its clientelle!</p> <p> </p> <p>How do i rectify this? no one is willing to assist me within this company i keep getting told to just pay the amount and the credit will follow, in this i have no fath so i point blank refuse to |****it i am so angry and the blatant lack of service and sheer audacity that they show to shrug off a client with a complaint!</p>
