Most useless company

This is the most useless company I have ever dealt with. They are *******. I cancelled my contract within the cooling off period, they continued to deduct money off my account well after the contract was cancelled. After 10 months of trying to sort this out due to their useless administration I received confirmation that they appologised and all penalties (that I shouldn’t have got were reversed) I now received an sms from an attorney saying they are contacting my employer to pay the outstanding amount. Telekom are bullies. Never get a contract with Telekom. You will regret it.
