Most useless cell phone company ever

I app**** for a Blackbery Z10 from Telkom mobile and before i got it i had to fight with them as their couriers are useless. When i got the unit it worked for a month and then stopped working. i took it in it was away for 20 days they updated the software and it worked for 3 hours when i took it back they said it needs to be booked in again. i took it back again and it was away for 20 days again. it came back worked for a day and i took it back and they did the same booked it in. everytime they updated software and i didnt use the phone as it was always in repairs they then changed the battery from a perfecttly fine battery to a ****ty one and updated the software again. when i started demanding a replacement phone i was sent from pillar to post and no one ever helped me. the phone was off and in my cubboard for 3 months after that till i took it to a nigerian that updated the software but found that they had blocked the phone because with them refusing to give me a replacement i refused to pay. they now handed me over. They quick to run to ****ing lawyers but their service is ****ed up
