Most useless call center in Africa

I started the sim swap process on sunday last week, calling and waitng for hours before my calls are answered. Only to be made a fool one Agent says get a unRicared sim card, then after a struggle than another say u need a Ricared sim.u get a call from their ***** dep than u get a promise of 24hrs. Till now its Monday of the following week the sim swap is not done. Network from hell. Need peace of mind stay away from Telkom.N***xx
