Most Unprofessional Service ever experienced

My Wife signed up with Telkom to take a Data Package which comes with a wireless router. It was promised to be delivered to Us with 5 working days. we signed for the deal on the 24/03/2016 today is the 11th working day and we have not received our device, We are dealing with Lelo from Sales and every time we call her she says she will find out and return our call but she never does, today we tried calling her over 20 times and she refuses to answer her phone her sent her messages still no response, when we called her last week she said that delivery will take place today 05/04/2016. we still have not received our device, such a big company but so unprofessional, should we not receive our device today we will take up a deal with another company that actually cares about their customers, This is the 1st time that we are dealing with Telkom and it will probably be the last should our matter not be resolved by COB today, we will not contact Telkom any more please contact Yajna on *** should you wish to assist.
