Most unprofessional company

Telkom SA. It has been 2 months since we had our home internet cancelled. By the way Telkom conceded that they deleted our TIN number due to incompetence of their staff. I understand why customers. leave this company. This is the most unprofessional telecommunication company. This is the worst company ever.
