Most terrible service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have logged a ***** case in August 2020 and its 6 Months later, No feedback and this case have not even moved bit! I keep phoning to follow up and keep getting told Someone will give me an update within 72 hours! I am super freaking disgusted and to think that I use Telkom as my service provider??????? I have referred so much people and what a regret! Blacklisted for R309.00 for over 6 Months and not even my account! I need to go over seas for my studies and my Visa isn't getting approved because of this. So not only is it F##king up my credit score but also my Future.... Thanks Telkom (helkom)
