Most TERRIBLE Service EVER

<p>About 16months ago i started having problems on my telkom line where they throttled my connection for about 2 months,technitions came and go for about 6 months without having the problem fixed for 6 months, i couldnt even watch a video on youtube with the quility of 240p so bad it was, download speeds was about 100kbps on my 10MBPS line and upload was about10-12KBPS, bought new filters and a new router but the probleem wasnt resolved, for 6 months i paid and couldnt use the internet and nobody at telkom could fix the problem, then i went to the telkom shop again and canceled my contract, thought i would be better of with their PROMMISED HIGH SPEED Telkom LTE, agend transfered me to a new lte contract i took the bigest and best router package, went home and installed it, was unbelievible what speeds i got, went very good for about 4 months then they started throtling me again, that was 6 months back, thought it was maybe a tower and i left it for a week or 2 but the problem kept on going, called telko0m and logged a fault, waiting a month and nobody came back called again and nobody could assist me, went in store and they were no much help at all, they all keep on saying they cant do anything and they will log a call - never nobody came back again, called the callcentre again and no luck again, went back and forth to the store and callcentre and still to this day nobody came or contacted me for 6 months now, i pay my account every month but my problem still persists - i get good speeds but still cant watch live stream or play games without any lag - its so frustrating to work with these IDIO****, i dont know what to do now, if i cancel they want to blacklist me and if i pay i am not happy with the product, i realy dont know, the agents in store always tels me they will log a call or send a email to the manager but they always have a different story, so unproffesional, till this day for 6months my problem hasnt been sorted out, hope somebody reads this and come back to me, its unbelivible the pathetic service i get and i WOULD NOT RECOMEND TELKOM TO ANYBODY I KNOW< NOT EVEN THE ALIENS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN</p>
