Most Stupid Billing consultant Portia Ngangelizwe

<p>HI All,</p> <p>I app**** for telkom 4 mbps uncapped line for my brixton house in the beggining of Feb 2017(on debit order).</p> <p>first these telkom people took 1.5 monthe to install it and by 20th march with regular calling I was able to make them install the adsl.</p> <p>and then new story started.</p> <p>These intelectualls did charged me R390 as prorata for 12 days including VAT if the monthly amout is R599 how can R390 be prorata for 12 days ?</p> <p>My calculation shows just 13 cents shy of R232.</p> <p>and when I called the lady called Portia Ngangelizwe, I found that a person can be insolent stupid of this level in todays world, it was an amusing experience talking to her, she would never listened to me and when I would start talikng she would start talking more loudly in insolent manner.</p> <p>Can you please explain these amounts to me?</p> <p>and can you tame that most insolent "lady"?</p>
