WHAT A RIDICULOUS SERVICE TELKOM

Last week I went to buy a prepaid lte sim at the telkom in Phalaborwa,when I got there the lady who helped me kept speaking in her language and was so rude to me,I am so offended that someone who does customer service can be so rude especially when she doesn't even know me.

I receceived the most ridiculous service and I am thinking twice about the relationship I have with telkom whether I should stay or go that I will have to decide
