Most pathetic service provider in the WORLD!!!

<p>I have been on continous calls with Telkom Mobile since the 25th January due to a refund required. I had to wait 2 weeks for my refund. As soon as my refund was processed, my account was suspended. I have spoken to about 7 different agents, explainging the same story over and over. My account was NOT supposed to be suspended!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I need my phone for work purposes and now you are messing with my salary that feeds my child and I every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked to speak to a manager 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for a manager to call me bac****! I have worked in about 2 call centres before and I am amazed that there is never a team leader available. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need my account to be activated today PLEASE!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
