Most pathetic service provider ever

Worst service of any service provider on the planet. Everyone keeps passing the buck blaming the next department for the mistake over the last 3 days I've been calling telkom with a total of more then 8 hours actually talking to consultants and even longer being placed on hold because no one has the actual brain capacity to listen to what the problem is, all they see is what's on the screen infront of them and tell me what I already know, it's beyond pathetic and I hope that telkom sees this and I hope they realise they will no longer receive any payment from me until this issue is resolved
