<p>Ref number 1899crk121216</p> <p>Escalations ref 930850</p> <p>Internet down from Monday 02h15.</p> <p>Right now it is Thursday 22h00. still no Internet . </p> <p>I make regular follow ups and I keep getting different stories . </p> <p>Today I called 5 to 7 times. I even requested to speak to the manager around 21h00.</p> <p>Manager stepped out with Busisiwe Mvinjeni at sundown and at 21h00 they still never returned to work.</p> <p>Everyone I get to talk to all they seem to know is "yes sir, I understand " that sounds like they are handling customers instead of resolving queries . </p> <p>If I need to be handled I'll go see a shrink or call ICAS.</p> <p>I HOPE THIS MSG GETS TO SIPHO, SO HE CAN KNOW THAT MANAGERS AND TEAM LEADERS AREN'T REALLY WORKING SHIFTS.</p> <p>THEY GET PAID FOR NOTHING . </p>
