Most pathetic service from Telkom

My Telkom home line isn't working from January 2018 and every time I call the call center they give me the same old lame excuse, telling me there's no technicians available, really so when will Telkom resolve the problem as we pay rentals and do you guys reimburse us for the time the lines aren't working and for the airtime I spend calling you guys and the time wasted because your agents aren't so helpful. Most annoying call was yesterday 21-02-2018 as the agent was not helpful at all as the lady told me someone will contact me about this and still I'm waiting for the call from a technician. Please can Telkom respond urgently.
