Most pathetic service from Telkom

The most pathetic service from Telkom. Been struggling with my ADSL line since the start of lockdown. The call centre agents are extremely rude or they just do not want to help. Have no connectivity for the past two days. Called the call centre four times yesterday and three of the agents did not even wait for me to test my connectivity before dropping the line on me and once a line is dropped, you have to start all over again. This is just disappointing when you pay for something you are not receiving a service for. Had to call in today to check when I can expect a technician only to be told that they have forwarded it to some other department who will try to resolve the issue remotely before sending out a technician but to date, no sms, no call, NOTHING!!!! This is what you call pathetic customer service!!!
