most pathetic service from a supervisor for 8ta/

i think that yvonne zondi does not deserve to be a supervisor as she is pathetic at it at it she needs to go for performance management or training.i called in this morning for a paid up letter as 8ta/ telkom listed me 4 years ago for not paying my cellphone contract for 4 months...i paid it up and have never missed a payment since then and that has never been updated or taken off the credit bureau.i spoke to an agent and requested to speak to a super visor who unlucky has been Yvonne Zondi i need a paid up letter as it is affecting me and needed it today she said she will call me at 14:30 she never did.i call back at 15:20 and speak to her she asks for my i.d number and puts me on hold for 45 minutes and the phone cuts off but while im on that line i call in again from another phone and the consultant says she left to go home and i request to speak to someone in charge and she makes me hold for 20 minutes and i call back again and eventually i speak to yvonne who again says she will call me before close of business today and so i await as it is 16:30 now she rather tells me she has been trying to make calls and send emails but she never gets back to me to advise the process ***...
