Most pathetic service ever! Even 1 star is a compliment

<p>I've been struggling to get some service and feedback for the past 2 months now, they usually promised that they would resolved it in 72 hrs and after 6 weeks, I'm wondering what time they are one. </p> <p>My query is still not resolved and I am not getting any feedback after several promises. </p>
