MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!!!

We have cancelled our Internet Service with Telkom in August 2020 .Have received 2 x Cancellation confirmation numbers, yet debits are still deducted from our bank account. We have been to their Customer Service Centre numerous times who confirm that they can see on their screen that the account is cancelled, yet debit orders keep going off. No one seems capable in sorting this mess and I am at my wits end !!!
