Most pathetic service EVER...

<p>It has now been 6 days since I app**** for an LTE package. I was told it would take a day or two and I'd have it. This AFTER I had to wait almost three weeks for Telkom's technician to come out and tell me ADSL is not viable in the house where we moved to. I rely on my internet line for work and am now in a situation where I could start losing money since I can't respond to standby calls. As a single parent R 2000 a month is nothing to sneeze at! If I don't have that modem installed in my house by tonight I will be cancelling the order and be going with someone who actually really wants my business. And if I get negatively influenced at work I will be taking matters further. The previous Hellopeter report number is AI ********** . Can someone please sort this out.</p>
