Most Pathetic Service Delivery in South Africa!!!!!!

<p>My dad took a Mobile Data contract which runs over a 24 month period. We have only managed to use less than a gig on some months if we are lucky.</p> <p>The rest of the month/ months telkom switches off our connection stating we have insufficient funds, however when we check we still have almost full data available (20gigs)</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, Telkom claims to be such a high end network/ service provider, yet so useless that you REFUSE to provide proper contact details to reach someone.</p> <p>You'll ***** so much of our money, can you not employ a human to answer any Damn calls?</p> <p>There's no email address or customer care contact details. Does Telkom even have a customer care department?!?!</p> <p> </p> <p>This issue has being queried numerous times, your consultants are as *********** as your damn service!!!</p> <p>I'm unable to reach a consult to cancle this contract, so I now request Telkom to contact me as I am no longer paying for this contract until I have proper connection.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first Telkom has ripped us off.</p> <p>I took a ****le contract with them in 2011- paid in full. I still haven't recieved that package, being to the Centurion store, dealt with George who is as pathetic as the company he works for (Telkom).</p> <p>He has NEVER contacted me after quering this issue over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom!! You'll are so ****ing Sickening I can't wait to see the day Telkom comes crumbling down!</p> <p>You'll are going to loose ALL your customers soon. You are commiting ***** by taking our money and not providing a service in return.</p> <p> </p> <p>You'll are by far the worst company is South Africa- All Round.</p> <p>Service delivery is worth more than the money you'll have and TELKOM WILL CRASH!!!!</p> <p> </p>
