Most Pathetic Service!

I ordered an iPhone 13 on the 5 August from Telkom Mobile. They sent me a data sim. Then they sent me an iPhone 12. I told them it was the wrong items, they collected - it was still sealed. Now they are billing me. When I called to ask why, they say I need to call cancellations. I need to use my time and call cancellations when Telkom continues to send me the wrong items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the HELL! I still dont have my phone. Your call center agents are the most rudest agents I have ever spoken to, none of them follow up. None of them are courteous. And I have spoken to at least 12! Telkom, you are by far the worst mobile SP!!!! I have been with Vodacom for years and they have never been such a mess! This was my first time trying to use Telkom and man did they disappoint! How do I get my issues resolved? I am so exhausted calling them!
