Most pathetic service

<p>I have received the most pathetic rude service from one of your agents and after being transfered pillar to post 5 times or more she dropped the line. I work in a call centre and if that call had to be pulled and listened to an agent would definitely get a warning. Not one agent gave the same information. How the hell do you train your agents??? To waste peoples time?? My whole household uses Telkom and after this service I would not refer you guys to anyone!! We cannot wait for our contacts to end... And I have posted on Facebook as well and no one has bothered to respond.. Do you value your customers?? We spend hundreds of rands with you guys to be treated like trash?? Its pathetic..</p>
