MOST PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!!

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I contacted telkom some time ago(November 2015 )to apply for wifi to date i still dont have an answer.I called the call centre on numerous occasions but as usual i could not get any assistance.I called in the bginning of the year and was told there was no extra ports available.Last week sometime a consultant called me to verify my online application and also assured me that there are ports available so yesterday I decide to do a follow up with telkom only to find out that there is nothing logged on the system and everytme i call into your call centre i have to hold on for 45 mins to an hour and get transferred from one department to the next and further more have to repeat my query to every agent im transferred to.What on earth are you guys doing ????????????I need this sorted out ASAP!!!!</p>
