MOST PATHETIC POOR SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been sitting without my Telkom line for 13 (working days) now I reported it on 25/01/2019 ref: ********** 9 and still nothing phoned them then they escalated the fault ref: ********** still nothing. Phoned them now again and all I get is they will contact me. So when will they contact me in 2 years. This is absolutely ridiculous and the most pathetic poor service I have ever had from any company !!!!!!!
