Most pathetic place is Telkom

Good day,

You people are pathetic... i am trying since yesterday to restart my router.. I only upgraded from a 4 mg lie to a 10 meg line, and the lady told me on Friday i can only put router on and off, but since yesterday, apparently, i had to reset router with a new password.. ****, only that i have to do via your call centre, and since yesterday morning you are offline, and are unable to help me.. ****ing seriously.. I need my internet, as i am loosing business
