Most pathetic customer service

The most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. I have BEEN trying to cancel.my contract. Last time I canceled my phone cont4act it took me 4 months to get that done and each time I called it was logged or escalated but nothing was ever done. Now again with my router. I have been calling and emailing but no answer. I can't go in the store to cancel even though I can take out a contract in store. I am told to email but no one replies. I call but no answer and if I get to the general customer service I am put through to the retention center even though I tell.them no one is answering. I'm so tired of this S*** network. The absolute worse.
