<p>Last Satuday my business telephones, and adsl connection went down, This happens frequently for a few hours in my area,</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday, after holding on my cell phone for 30 minutes, I was eventually able to report the fault. An hour later I received an sms saying that will endeavour ro resolve the fault in FOUR DAYS!!! Four ****ing DAYS!<br /><br />I though that must be a joke! However, four days have since passed and they have only this morning discovered that the cables are damaged and have sent a work order for them to be replaced!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a buisiness line you ******** ****s!!! The only reason you are are allowed to get away with this type of service is because you are part of the Anti growth / Anti small bussiness POS goverment,.<br /><br />In any other country in the world, this would be totally unnaceptable.!</p> <p>You are beyond pathetic!!!!</p>
