Most inefficient

I called 10217 at 11:49 on Tue, 14 Nov 2017 and spoke to Shalom to report ( ********** 339/ 3679/ 1042) three business telephone lines + adsl line that were not working. I specifically asked him to add that while the business name is Lentswe in motion it trades as Romans Pizza Honeydew which is a lot easier to find. He neglected to include that important detail as I pleaded with him to. I urge you to listen to the recording of our converstation. He also only logged 2 of the three affected lines didn't even include the Adsl issue. Most useless, inefficient and uncooperative person. Incredibly uninformed as well, he insisted that an unnecessary call out fee is over a thousand rands, i disputed this but he was adamant. This I know for a fact is completely not true. Please note that as a take away outlet, we get the bulk of our business as telephone orders. Phone lines being down for nearly 2 days puts a real damper on our business. Kindly expedite and resolve this issue and educate this poor soul.
