Most *********** Organisation on the Planet

We have been trying to close our account since January 2020, well in advance of closing the office. It is still not done even after I have already received an email and phone call to acknowledge the letter to cancel services, and an email confirming the cancellation. I have sent the cancellation documentation on a monthly basis, I was physically in their Menlyn branch 3 times. Every time I got a different answer from a different person. Over the phone and online they say I have to go into a branch, at the branch they tell me I have to do it online. And every time they want a different form. One of the organisations in SA with the most *********** employees of all times, and it just got worse over the last 10 years. This is the 2nd time that I have to go through exactly this, 7 years ago it was the same story, it took 2 years to close that account. Shameful and embarrassing... but yes I suppose this is the new SA and it ain't gonna get better!!!!
