Most *********** company in South Africa

They are the MOST *********** company I have experienced in my entire life. Firstly they could not recon my account after we cancelled the ADSL line in February but continued to bill me. Secondly, 7 months later they cancelled my landline all together. I called on the 26th September to get it reinstated at Telkom's mistake received a reference no. after being told it was still available, only to discover on the 28th that Telkom would like to install a new number and landline. I am speechless. Useless, useless. I now after 30 years no longer have a landline number, unbelievable.
