Most *********** company ever

I wish to congratulate Telkom on officially being the most *********** company in the world. I have never come across any other company as pathetic as they are. I have been trying for almost a year now to have my landline cancelled but it seems it is just too much to ask. I have had to submit and resubmit my request for cancellation 5 times and every time I get the same promise that the line has now been cancelled. I then went into a branch office whereafter someone called us back with a reference number and the same promise. To no avail because come end of the month I received yet another account statement with fees having run up to R3000 by now - that is without me even having a phone in my home anymore! I the called again with the reference number only to be told that they can't access the file. When asking to talk to the man who gave us the reference number I was told that no such person works there.... And now the *********** *******s put me on ITC which caused an application of mine for a further advance on my bond to be declined... So yes guess what Yelkom now it's me and you and the Ombudsman. See you in court!
