Most Horrible Service Provider

I am so unhappy with Telkom at this moment , please telkom i asked you several times to please terminate my contract as it ended last year and now you debiting twice on my account onthe same contract that should not be existing inthe 1st please , please resolve this issue , i really cant be calling and logging the same complain over and over again with noone coming back to me , you do not have any regards for your clients at all
