Most ridiculous website to obtain an account. You first have to enter your email address which they have, then they email you an OTP. It is not only 4 numbers long, no it must be six numbers long to frustrate one further. Once this is entered, your account will be emailed to you. Why all this nonsense in stead of emailing it every month. For this reason I will definely not renew my contract with Telkom.
