Most disgusting wifi connection and I still have to pay

Telkom is the most disgusting and unreliable network ever, I do not even understand why we are paying for poor service, why do they have to get so much money from us when we cannot even use our wifi properly, their wifi disgusts because it does not work at all when I am upstairs at my home, network goes on and off every second, I would love to cancel my contract and get a refund for all that has happened I cannot continue paying for poor service, this network is shi#
