Most Disgusting service ever

I'm a new customer with telkom I've been with them for 4 days now. When I received my device I wasnt able to really enquire about it as I received it during working hours. The only reason I went over to telkom was because my partner spoke highly of them. I've been using Vodacom for as long as I can remember and up until now I'm still satisfied with the service I've always received from Vodacom. It took me 2hours to speak to a telkom adviser bare in mind this is my first time calling through to there call centre as I am a new customer. The phone was out down in my face put on hold for long call was muted staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I had to call through to 7 different agents before I was passed to a manager who was much more helpful than the agents and its not even his job. Thank you luthando. While he was speaking to me he explained to me that my debit order will be for the lats day of every month which is not what I chose I wanted it to be for the 20th of every month. Even more disappointing. I have no trust in telkom as a service provider I regret not staying with Vodacom. I know that on my first debit order there is going to be problems and that it's not gonna go off as requested. Really not looking forward to being assisted by Any of your unhelpful staff and regretting the fact that I'm probably gonna have to call through again next month, now already.
