Most disgusting, disappointing service ever received from Telkom in the past 10 years

We as a company are so disgusted and disappointed in the service received from Telkom over the past two weeks. Our Business line stopped working for no apparent reason and the technician that did show up, left because it was his home time, no urgency for the client or problem arising. Since then, we have been phoning Telkom trying to raise the urgency of our Business Line that is down and on a daily basis we are informed that a technician has been assigned, yet nobody has bothered to come to site and see it through. We have already cancelled one of our Telkom services and are very close to cancelling our current one as well. What an embarrassment Telkom has turned out to be.
