MOST *********** COMPANY PATHETIC SERVICE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I have never had a failed debit in the past 7 years. December a debit failed because our company paid on a public holiday fair enough I could understand no one cares about that. They did not attempt the debit again not one communication was sent to say they didn't debit they took the money this month with their bounce charge which is absolutely a ridiculous amount because they aren't debiting again to justify that amount but I paid a fine and then they still suspended my number even after I eben called to confirm they have the money and they say yes all is well. Friday I still got suspended today and they said to wait til Thursday the 1st I have to wait basically for 7 days with no access! I asked the consultant who could not even care why couldn't she escalate this if they already had the money and she told me she could only on Thursday what was the point of that? Their level of service and incompetency is shocking on another level! Thankfully the contract reaches its end next month I will cancel and never go back I would rather pay more for service, especially being with them for so long with not 1 failed debit. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone ever again.
