MOST ****ED UP PROTOCOLS EVER

Once again TM proves they have the worst protocols for something as simple as as a Termination of a contract & the most *********** staff. <br> <br> My Contract was due for Termination on Dec 6. Thus on Nov 4 I went in to Telkom Pavillion filled in a form & given a case no & a copy. <br> ie. ***. Was told to check with Cust Serv towards Month end that the paperwork had gone through.<br> <br> Nov 30, called in & was told it takes 21 working days & someone from Cancellations will call me. Asked for their Direct Line & was told that Cust Serv does not have their Details other than an email to escalate queries.<br> <br> Dec, 03 went to Telkom Galleria & was told the same nonsense. Still no call.<br> <br> Dec 15, called in to Cust Serv, was told the same. So I asked to speak to the Supervisor, Nokthula.<br> Told her my issues & expressed that i do not wish to be billed for an extra month because of their protocols.<br> She asked me to mail her my Termination Form. she rep**** telling me it was placed in the wrong cue<br> ***<br> <br> ****** IDIOTS. It is unfair that TM makes it so hard to Terminate a contract.<br> <br> If I am to be charged, I WANT A REFUND.<br> <br> Its my right to terminate. Why do I have to apply to terminate.
