Most argumentative call Centre agent

Today (05-13-2022) i called telkom mobile and I spoke to Nkanyiso for a whole hour who dropped the call on me, going back and fourth with my billing. Nkanyiso was very argumentative and trying to prove me wrong in my logic of how my contract works. I then request to speak to his manager but he told me that he could not connect me to his manager and that since his manager was not scheduled to work during the times I was free to be contacted on, then I will not be speaking to a manager.

I'm so disappointed in Telkom and their poor service. Had I wanted to activate a contract, they would have called me a thousand times but because it's supposed to be canceled, then I have to suffer.
