More than two months and phone still not ported

<p>I signed a contract with Telkom more than two months ago and my cell no. has still not ported from Cell C.</p> <p>Customer care at Telkom say it is STUCK. That after being told twice that it would take 24-72 hours max. I think I should be able to cancel as they are in breach of contract</p> <p> </p>
