More than one and a half months and still no cell

My contract cell phone was given in for repairs in February 2016 it is was returned a week later with absolutally nothing with it except erasing all the information and scratches on the device. I had to go back to the store the very next day and deal with their incompetant staff who were blatantly rude and eventually left the cell again with the manager nhlanhla mchunu my phone is now over a month and a half with telkom and everyday is a today and tommorow story now I am getting sms's saying I must pay in diferrent amounts into their bank account, what ******** the phone was within warranty when it was given in are they that stupid they also keep asking me for proof of purchase I have already given it to them more than once. I am paying to get ******** and pathetic service from telkom. Its either you replace this phone or cancel this contract whatam I paying for and I don't have the phone and am not using the network you people are *****ing from me
